Based on the results of the Wrench Turners Wellness Survey, only 18% of High Producers are happy with their pay plan, only 27% of Mechanics say their training goals are being met, and only 33% of Mechanics trust the team explicitly. These detriments added to the near horrific fact that Mechanics are in the Top 3 professions that commit suicide dictate that Technicians need professional coaching no more than ever.
